About the Event
Join the Livelihood Spirit weekly virtual Mindfulness Meditation Book Club. We aren't reading stories so if you miss a week, you aren't missing any part of the plot. Join us any time. There's no need to read ahead, we will read passages from the selected book for the week together, discuss it and end the evening with a simple meditation.
