About the Event
We'll be reading from Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao by Wayne W. Dyer. Â There are 81 verses that teach us mindfulness in our daily life. Â Each morning we will read a new verse and prepare for the day with a little meditation.
