About the Event
Nature & Forest Therapy is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku aka Forest Bathing. For this session, we will not be bathing in the forest but rather the atmosphere of the Ocean. We will take this time to slow down and connect with nature at the beach. We will wonder through a journey of the senses while resetting and rejuvinating our mind.
